Traditionally, our MarceLova community has engaged in a pre-Christmas charity event.
This year, we supported neighborhood childcare facilities.
We visited kids... of different ages ... in different situations ... and tried to make them forget their fate for a short while.
We may not have been able to offer them what they probably miss the most, and what every child absolutely deserves - a home, warmth, love and a sense of security. However, we did our best to make their little dreams come true, to bring a smile to their faces, at least for a short while. After all, as Janusz Korczak used to say
"When a child laughs, the whole world laughs."
