LIS Analytica Centrum is the most advanced and most frequently chosen system for analytical laboratories in Poland. With a wide range of functions, flexibility and reliability, it is a solution that meets the needs of even the most demanding laboratories.
The system offers extensive order registration capabilities, both automatically through HL7-compliant integration and manually, providing flexibility to suit the needs of any laboratory. Authorization is based on the presentation of collated validated current and previous patient results from all laboratories (selected or all tests) with access to reference values and descriptions. In the module, it is possible to enter descriptive, multiparameter results, calculable and control parameters.

VetLINK - an integrated system dedicated to state veterinary inspectorates (Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates, District Veterinary Inspectorates) and Veterinary Hygiene Institutes. It allows automation of the entire process from collection of the material and registration of the sample to publication of the finished result. The VetLink system consists of two subsystems:
VetLink, or the pre-analytical part, which allows the generation and printing of material collection protocols and registration of collected samples. All entered data are automatically transferred to the laboratory part of the system located at the respective Veterinary Hygiene Department. This part of the program allows presentation of authorized results from performed tests, maintenance of District Veterinarian's Registers and Electronic Map.
vLab which is the analytical (laboratory) part that allows data exchange, automatic transfer of registered orders, automatic acceptance of material and verification of compliance of the received material with the information registered in the pre-analytical part of the system. vLab also allows integration with analyzers, automatic receipt of results from analyzers, verification of the correctness of the results and their archiving.

MikroBIS PLUS is innovative software aimed at microbiology laboratories that optimizes work from material preparation through test execution and result processing. The system offers the possibility of registering multiple tests for a single patient at once, as well as automatic registration of substrates and preliminary steps that are adapted to the selected type of test and type of diagnostic material. PATeXpert is an information system designed to support pathomorphological studies including: histopathology, cytology, gynecological cytology, intraoperative studies, autopsy, immunohistochemistry, histochemistry, and molecular-genetic studies. The integration of various technological solutions, such as smart forms, knowledge bases and electronic signatures, ensures efficient and synergistic work. In addition, the system maintains electronic records, automatically completing case data, related orders, materials, clinical data and attachments, including images. PATeXpert is not just a system - it is a thoughtful combination of modern technology and practical solutions that together create a new quality in pathomorphology.

PATeXpert offers excellent visibility into the status of work progress through a home screen with tiles showing the status of each studio's work. This allows quick transition between system modules, increasing work efficiency.
The system allows for advanced filtering of orders, as well as checking whether a given order has secondary staining and at what stage it is currently at.
The laboratory software ensures the safety of employees by marking infectious material in the system. This information is visible at each stage of the order, allowing for proper handling of the material.
PATeXpert automatically registers any discrepancies in orders, such as data gaps or procedural errors, which reduces the workload of technical staff and speeds up the order verification process.
The LIS system dedicated to pathomorphology provides full integration with immuno- and histochemical stainers and the Idylla genetic analyzer. Thanks to automatic communication with the stainers, the status of the slide is updated in the system in real time, minimizing manual work by technical staff.
The 'baskets' functionality at the cassette processing stage allows you to mark in which basket a particular cassette has been placed, along with marking the time when processing began. Once the material has been processed, the system records the exact date and time when the fixation of the material was completed. Accurate tracking of the start and end time of material processing is key to meeting accreditation requirements.
The program allows users to be assigned permissions depending on their role in the diagnostic lab. Permissions are easy to manage and can be adjusted on the fly, providing flexibility and security.
The Finance module allows users with appropriate permissions to add new price lists on their own and set all the necessary parameters, including the duration of rules, which increases the versatility of the system. Users can also independently verify the status of orders, including their settlement, applied rules and prices. In addition, the module offers the ability to create personalized reports, select a range of information from as many as 66 options available in the configuration, and generate quantitative reports according to ICD-10 classifications. The latest version of the program includes a report on the development time of the intraoperative examination and functionality recording the date and time of delivery of the result to the operating theater.

Comprehensive laboratory information exchange solutions
Integration of various IT solutions and data exchange is of utmost importance in the field of laboratory diagnostics. All of our LIS-type systems allow integration with hospital HIS-type systems. We have tested and production-launched connections with major hospital software vendors. LIS-HIS connections allow the exchange of laboratory information in electronic form. This is a highly desirable and at the same time fast way of communication between medical entities. Communication is based on the transmission of order data and results. Data is sent in HL7-supported and Polish National Implementation (PIK) HL7 CDA-compliant messages.
We also offer LIS-LIS connections, which are ideal for laboratories operating in a distributed system using solutions from several software vendors or outsourcing testing services to another laboratory (subcontractor). We also connect our systems, with the systems used by Collection Centers - thus automating the processes of order-result information exchange.
We support the integration of the systems we offer with systems used in medical facilities, such as clinics or individual doctors' offices. We are able to provide data exchange with programs such as Dr.Eryk, OSOZ, or mMedica. The method of connection is adapted to the architecture of the system used in the medical facility.
Our systems allow them to be integrated with any analyzer, sorter or other type of equipment used in the laboratory (e.g., sample archiving equipment) via any interface. This applies to analytical, microbiology, pathomorphology and serology laboratories alike. When laboratory devices are compatible, two-way communication between the system and laboratory equipment is used which eliminates the need for manual programming of devices. In addition to automatically receiving patient results, our system allows the collection of control results from instruments and their subsequent analysis. In addition, our systems are compatible with modular systems (lines, sorters) from different manufacturers, allowing flexible configuration according to user needs.
