SPECIALIST IT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATIONS

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of software deployments in laboratories throughout the country .
  • Training of users on how to use the application.
  • Support of software users in medical laboratories (analytics, serology, pathomorphology).
  • Development of implementation documentation (presentations, user manuals, technical documents) .
  • Testing functional changes in applications and new versions of systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and developers in the creation and development of the offered applications.

Expectations

  • University education oriented: information technology, medical analytics with serological qualification.
  • Experience in IT system implementation and user training.
  • Very good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify problems and proactively generate solutions.
  • Cat B driver's license and willingness to travel for business.
  • Willingness to take on new professional challenges.
  • Knowledge of the organization of the work of a veterinary, medical, food or other laboratory.

APPLICATIONS CONSULTANT. APPLICATIONS (MEDICAL/VETERINARY SYSTEMS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support of software users in veterinary and/or medical laboratories.
  • Training users on how to use the application.
  • Development of implementation documentation (presentations, user manuals, technical documents).
  • Testing functional changes in applications and new versions of systems.
  • Installation and configuration of devices and software.
  • Diagnose and fix problems in the operation of infrastructure and systems.
  • Active cooperation with other departments of the company.

ISSUES:

  • Secondary or higher education - IT or related technical, veterinary.
  • Ability to diagnose computer hardware, network and software problems independently.
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, high personal culture.

IT SERVICE CONSULTANT

Scope responsibilities:

  • Installation of analyzers and configuration of equipment and software.
  • Support of software users in veterinary and/or medical laboratories.
  • Training users on how to use the application.
  • Development of implementation documentation (presentations, user manuals, technical documents).
  • Testing functional changes in applications and new versions of systems and analyzers.
  • Implementation of software implementations in laboratories nationwide, as well as connections and service of medical analyzers.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and developers in the creation and development of the offered applications.
  • Installation and configuration of devices and software.
  • Diagnose and fix problems in the operation of infrastructure and systems.
  • Active cooperation with other departments of the company.

Expectations:

  • A university degree with a focus - computer science or biology-related majors such as chemistry, biotechnology, animal science.
  • Experience in connecting medical analyzers.
  • You know the basics of network issues VPN, DNS, FTP, HTTPS protocols.
  • Ability to diagnose computer hardware, network and software problems independently.
  • Knowledge at the level of configuration and management of Linux, Windows operating systems and network issues, basics of TCP/IP protocol or knowledge of: BASH, Apache, PostgreSQL, Firebird.
  • Minimum one-year experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Very good interpersonal skills, high personal culture.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel for business.

Additional assets:

  • Knowledge of basic SQL database issues.
  • Customer service experience in the laboratory or medical industry.
  • Dynamism in action and in managing the effectiveness of one's own work.
