The system offers extensive order registration capabilities, both automatically through HL7-compliant integration and manually, providing flexibility to suit the needs of any laboratory. In addition, it enables efficient management of preanalytical errors, allowing the user to specify the type of error, its priority, how it should be resolved, and a detailed description of the problem and its course. The system also provides secure barcode labeling of diagnostic material, which significantly improves accuracy and efficiency in laboratories. These features make LIS Analytka Centrum the primary and most popular laboratory system in Poland.

The center offers the following modules:

Registration

The Registration module allows you to maintain a patient file and provides automatic data updating in cooperation with, for example, a hospital patient database. Registration of orders is possible in the mode:

- manual
- Automatic with the use of an order scanner,
- automated by accepting incoming orders electronically (from other systems: hospital, other laboratories).

The module also offers material identification and receipt functionality with order verification and support for a central material distribution room. It is also crucial for the user to maintain (with appropriate daily printouts) a central order book.

The Registration module allows fully automatic variant selection of prices according to multiple price lists.

Workshop

The module manages the flow of information between positions in the laboratory, supervises the operation of the apparatus, manages the collection, verification and release of results. Its functions include:

Verification of the order list.
Maintenance of the book of the diagnostic laboratory.
Creation and maintenance of work lists.
Validation of results.
Handling urgent orders.
Authorization.

Authorization is based on the presentation of collated validated current and previous patient results from all laboratories (selected or all tests) with access to reference values and descriptions. In the module, it is possible to enter descriptive, multiparameter results, calculable and control parameters.

Quality control

This module enables comprehensive quality management in the laboratory by conducting and documenting quality control. The functions of the module include, but are not limited to, maintaining a file of control materials, procedures (SOP), automatic preparation of Control Cards, recording and logging of control sample results, and controlling reproducibility and repeatability of results

Automatic validation - a function that allows automatic acceptance and approval of test execution and its parameters based on predetermined rules. This makes the diagnostic process faster and more reliable.
Delta check-Thisfunctionality allows you to verify test results in the context of a patient's previous results. Delta check also allows you to block approval of results if there is a deviation-both relative and absolute-that exceeds pre-configured limits.
Shipping lab support - the system allows you to create shipping lists for tests to be performed at a subcontractor, which streamlines logistics and expands the diagnostic capabilities of the lab.

eBlood PLUS

A comprehensive solution for serology

eKrew PLUS is a software designed for medical facilities conducting transfusion serology research and performing blood transfusions. It includes modules: Blood Bank, Serology Laboratory and Consultation Laboratory.

The eKrew PLUS system has been designed for a variety of medical facilities, from small to very large, supporting laboratory processes and minimizing the risk of staff error. The software is characterized by transparency and intuitive operation. It enables extensive data exchange with both internal and external entities (such as HIS or RCKiK), while offering full, automatic integration with serological equipment.

AMONG THE KEY FEATURES OF THE SYSTEM ARE:

Patient history-Thesystem provides access to a patient's complete history, including information about his or her blood type, immunological history, occurrence of antibodies or complications after transfusions.
Ingredient history-allowsyou to see the history of each blood component at every stage-from orders, to releases, returns and claims.
Identification of blood components using ISBT codes, enables data verification and process automation, which minimizes the risk of errors.

VetLINK

VetLINK - an integrated system dedicated to state veterinary inspectorates (Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates, District Veterinary Inspectorates) and Veterinary Hygiene Institutes. It allows automation of the entire process from collection of the material and registration of the sample to publication of the finished result. The VetLink system consists of two subsystems:

VetLink, or the pre-analytical part, which allows the generation and printing of material collection protocols and registration of collected samples. All entered data are automatically transferred to the laboratory part of the system located at the respective Veterinary Hygiene Department. This part of the program allows presentation of authorized results from performed tests, maintenance of District Veterinarian's Registers and Electronic Map.

vLab which is the analytical (laboratory) part that allows data exchange, automatic transfer of registered orders, automatic acceptance of material and verification of compliance of the received material with the information registered in the pre-analytical part of the system. vLab also allows integration with analyzers, automatic receipt of results from analyzers, verification of the correctness of the results and their archiving.

VeLIS - a system dedicated to veterinary laboratories. It allows automation and handling of the laboratory process, from registration of the order to authorization and publication of the result.

It consists of the following modules (studios):

Registration

Registration of orders to allow entry of various data depending on the direction of the test, type of material and reporting requirements to CELAB.
Identification of orders with barcodes to allow quick and secure order retrieval.
Orders marked with statuses to allow quick assessment of the amount of work to be done.
A history of changes that allows verification of the changes made to the order.

Environmental microbiology laboratory and feed, food and water testing laboratory

Multi-step work sheets to record the course of activities during the execution of the tests and the sub-results necessary for calculating the final results.
Worksheets in accordance with standards and performance procedures according to the test method.
Ability to calculate from formulas the number of microorganisms in a sample and calculate confidence intervals for a method.

MicroBIS PLUS

A comprehensive solution for microbiology

MikroBIS PLUS is innovative software aimed at microbiology laboratories that optimizes work from material preparation through test execution and result processing. The system offers the possibility of registering multiple tests for a single patient at once, as well as automatic registration of substrates and preliminary steps that are adapted to the selected type of test and type of diagnostic material. The intuitively designed interface guides the user step-by-step through all stages of microbiological test development and presents information clearly. The system is equipped with a number of functionalities to streamline and speed up multi-step microbiological test development, including the ability to review the work performed and for the diagnostician to pre-review the test results.

Registration of Orders - allows one-time registration of multiple tests for a patient and automatic registration of substrates and initial actions assigned to the selected test direction and diagnostic material.

A comprehensive solution for pathomorphology

PATeXpert is an information system designed to support pathomorphological studies including: histopathology, cytology, gynecological cytology, intraoperative studies, autopsy, immunohistochemistry, histochemistry, and molecular-genetic studies. The integration of various technological solutions, such as dedicated forms and electronic signatures, ensures efficient and synergistic work. In addition, the system maintains electronic records, automatically completing case data, related orders, materials, clinical data and attachments, including images. PATeXpert is not just a system - it is a thoughtful combination of modern technologies and practical solutions that together create a new quality in pathomorphology.

Here are some of its key features:

Visibility of work progress

PATeXpert offers excellent visibility into the status of work progress through a home screen with tiles showing the status of each studio's work. This allows quick transition between system modules, increasing work efficiency.

Multi-parameter order filtering

The system allows for advanced filtering of orders, as well as checking whether a given order has secondary staining and at what stage it is currently at.

Determination of infectious material

The laboratory software ensures the safety of employees by marking infectious material in the system. This information is visible at each stage of the order, allowing for proper handling of the material.

Automatic registration of discrepancies

PATeXpert automatically registers any discrepancies in orders, such as data gaps or procedural errors, which reduces the workload of technical staff and speeds up the order verification process.

Integration with dyeing machines

The LIS system dedicated to pathomorphology provides full integration with immuno- and histochemical stainers and the Idylla genetic analyzer. Thanks to automatic communication with the stainers, the status of the slide is updated in the system in real time, minimizing manual work by technical staff.

Precise determination of the time of consolidation of the material

The 'baskets' functionality at the cassette processing stage allows you to mark in which basket a particular cassette has been placed, along with marking the time when processing began. Once the material has been processed, the system records the exact date and time when the fixation of the material was completed. Accurate tracking of the start and end time of material processing is key to meeting accreditation requirements.

Granting rights

The program allows users to be assigned permissions depending on their role in the diagnostic lab. Permissions are easy to manage and can be adjusted on the fly, providing flexibility and security.

Finance module

The Finance module allows users with appropriate permissions to add new price lists on their own and set all the necessary parameters, including the duration of rules, which increases the versatility of the system. Users can also independently verify the status of orders, including their settlement, applied rules and prices. In addition, the module offers the ability to create personalized reports, select a range of information from as many as 66 options available in the configuration, and generate quantitative reports according to ICD-10 classifications. The latest version of the program includes a report on the development time of the intraoperative examination and functionality recording the date and time of delivery of the result to the operating theater.

Attachments

The PATeXpert system, provides the ability to add attachments to examinations in many formats: audio recordings, sound recordings, jpg. files: microscope images or PDF: scans of an order and results of another examination.
